A lot has changed since the BIG transition from CodeIgniter to Laravel, we are gradually stepping closer to get to a stable version! Follow our progress on the Improved Roadmap.
Due to the BIG transition from CodeIgniter to Laravel, TastyIgniter v3 is not yet completely stable, so there are risks of something going wrong. Bugs may result in a lack of content or expose private information to the Internet.
You may decide to disregard these risks, and install TastyIgniter. That's on you... so please be mindful that it will be your responsibility if things go terribly wrong. We can't promise that we can help you solve your issues at all - far less in a timely manner. So bear in mind that it's your site that you're going to put on the line, and make a decision.
Fantastic! Try the TastyIgniter Forum if your question is about installing or using the software.
For general enquires you may use the contact form.
We also offer professional installation.
A beta testing system will be implemented starting from release 3.0.4 in an attempt to mitigate the chance of introducing regressions in minor updates. A smart way to give back is to test out updates.
You can still help with beta releases testing, and contribute towards v3 stability.
TastyIgniter is a flexible online food ordering software which can inspire tonnes of ideas! We'd love to develop countless features and extensions, but our emphasis is on the essentials and stability.
TastyIgniter aims to be a strong but lightweight platform and will contain only the bare essential features. This means you can add most of the functionality as extensions.
If you have a feature request that you'd like to see in TastyIgniter head over to the Feature Requests forum.
If you find a problem with the TastyIgniter code, themes, extensions or documentation, it will be of great help to the TastyIgniter community if you report it, so that it can be resolved or discussed.
Each TastyIgniter project (TastyIgniter core, themes, extensions, and documentation) has its own public repository for issue tracking, where anyone can report and collaborate on fixing issues.
We take security issues very seriously. Please send us an email with the details of your findings to [email protected]
