Did you know that the FAQs form part of the licenses? Read on for more details
The Regular License grants you, the purchaser, a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the digital work (Item) you've chosen. Read the rest of this license, as well as the Licensing FAQs, for more information about how to use the Item (which form part of this license).
You are permitted to use the Item to create a single Website for yourself or for one client, and the website may be sold.
A website is one of the following things, all of which require the use of skill and effort.
For a theme-based Item, the Website is a customised version of the Item. For example, the Item is a theme template, and the end result is the final Website, along with your customizations.
For an Item that is an extension, a Website is a work that integrates the Item with additional content, making it larger in scope and more diverse in nature than the Item. For example, the Item is a ordering tool, and the end result is a website.
You can only create one Website for a client, and you can transfer the Website to your client for whatever price you want. This license is then transferred to your client.
You can sell and make as many copies of the single Website as you want, as long as you purchase a separate License for each case.
You can modify or manipulate the Item. You are free to combine the Item with other works to create a derivative work. The terms of this license apply to the works you make, and clause 3 applies to the website you create. For example, to advertise your menu items, you might license a theme, add your own images, change the layout, and publish it online.
You can only sell the Website to one customer at a time. (You'll need the Extended License if you or your client want to sell the Website.)
You can not redistribute the item as stock, use it in a tool or template, or with source files. You can not do this with an Item on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the item. You can not re-distribute or make available the Item 'as-is' or with minor changes. Even if the re-distribution is for free, these things are not permitted. For example, purchasing a theme, converting it to another platform, and selling or giving it to more than one clients, is not permitted. It is not permitted to license the Item and then make it available for download on your website as-is.
You can not use the Item in any application that permits an end user to customise a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as a "on demand," "made to order," or "design it yourself" application. Only if you buy a separate license for each final product incorporating the Item that is created using the application will you use the Item in this way. Examples of "on demand," "made to order," or "build it yourself" applications include Menu builders, software as a service products, and "make your own" restaurant website apps. You will need one license for each customer-created product, unless you buy an Extended License.
You can modify an Item and thus remove unwanted components before making your single Website, but you cannot extract and use a single component of an Item on a standalone basis. For example, you license a theme that includes icons, you can remove any unwanted icons from the theme, however extracting an icon to use outside of the theme is not permitted.
The Extended License grants you, the purchaser, a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the digital work (Item) you've chosen. Read the rest of this license, as well as the Licensing FAQs, for more information about how to use the Item (which form part of this license).
You are permitted to use the Item to build one or more Websites for yourself or for as many clients as you want ("multiple applications"), and the Website can only be sold as part of a Web Development Service.

You can create the Website for a client, and then sublicense the license to your client using the terms found in the Regular License.
This license is a "multi-use" license, which means you can use the Item to create several websites. As long as the Website is provided as part of a Web Development Service, you can sell and make as many copies as you want.
You can modify or manipulate the Item. You are free to combine the Item with other works to create a derivative work. The terms of this license apply to the resulting works. You can do these things as long as the Website you build afterwards complies with clause 3. For example, you can license an extension, customise the code, and add your own features to build a extension that you sell as part of your web development service.
You can not redistribute the item as stock, use it in a tool or template, or with source files. You can not do this with an Item on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the item. You can not re-distribute or make available the Item 'as-is' or with minor changes. You must not permit your client or an end user of your website to extract the Item and use it independently from the Website.
Our standard licenses applies in conjunction with the TastyIgniter Marketplace Terms for your use of TastyIgniter Marketplace. If there is an inconsistency between our standard licenses and the TastyIgniter Marketplace Terms, our standard licenses will apply to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.
If you violate the terms of this license, it will be terminated. If this occurs, you must avoid making copies of the Website or selling it before the Item is removed.
The Item's author retains ownership of the Item, but you are granted a license on these terms. This license is between you and the Item's author. Igniter Labs Ltd is neither a party to this license nor the one who grants it to you.
