Menu Item discount

Want to run something like "10% off any dessert"? TastyIgniter lets you limit a coupon to just your menu items — a great way to boost orders on a specific category.

1. Click Marketing in the sidebar.
2. Click Coupons.
3. Click + New.
4. On the General tab, fill in Name, Code, Description, choose Percentage as the Type, and enter your Discount amount.
5. Set the Validity and turn on Status.
6. Click the Restrictions tab.
7. Under Apply this coupon on, choose Menu Items.
8. Click Save.

Note: Choosing Menu Items applies the discount to items in the cart rather than the whole order total — handy for category-specific promotions like "10% off desserts."
