New orders land in your admin panel the moment a customer checks out — here's how to work through them.
- Click Orders in the sidebar.
- New orders appear at the top of the list with a status like Received or Pending.
- Click the ID or pencil icon to open an order and review what's been ordered.
- Click on the current Status to move it forward — for example, from Received to Preparation, then Completed.
- Add a Comment if you'd like, choose whether to Notify Customer, and click Save.
Tip: Turning on Notify Customer sends the customer an email update each time you change the status — a nice touch that keeps them in the loop without any extra work on your part.
Repeat this each time an order moves forward, right up until it's fulfilled.
