Accept orders through the Admin Panel

New orders land in your admin panel the moment a customer checks out — here's how to work through them.

  1. Click Orders in the sidebar.
  2. New orders appear at the top of the list with a status like Received or Pending.
  3. Click the ID or pencil icon to open an order and review what's been ordered.
  4. Click on the current Status to move it forward — for example, from Received to Preparation, then Completed.
  5. Add a Comment if you'd like, choose whether to Notify Customer, and click Save.

Tip: Turning on Notify Customer sends the customer an email update each time you change the status — a nice touch that keeps them in the loop without any extra work on your part.

Repeat this each time an order moves forward, right up until it's fulfilled.
