Accept reservations through the Admin Panel

• Add a reservation yourself

Booking requests come in the moment a customer reserves a table — here's how to confirm them.

1. Click Reservations in the sidebar.
2. New bookings appear with a status like Incomplete or Pending.
3. Click the pencil icon to open a reservation and check the guest count, date, and time.
4. Assign a Table if one hasn't been picked automatically.
5. Click on the current Status and choose Confirmed.
6. Click Save.

Tip: Turn on Automatically Assign Tables To Reservations under Manage > Locations > pencil icon > Settings > General > Reservation settings, and TastyIgniter will pick a suitable table for you.

#Add a reservation yourself

Taking a booking over the phone? You can add it directly:

1. Click Reservations > + New.
2. Fill in the guest's details, Reservation Date, Reservation Time, Guest Number, and Table Name.
3. Click Save.
