Mail settings

Get your restaurant's outgoing emails — order confirmations, reservation alerts, and more — set up and working correctly.

  1. Click Manage in the sidebar.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Mail.
  4. Fill in the fields below.
  5. Click Save.

Sender Name — The name customers see when they receive an email from you.
Sender Email — The email address it comes from.
Mail Protocol — How emails are sent, e.g. SMTP. Choosing SMTP reveals extra fields for your SMTP Host, Port, Encryption Protocol, Username, and Password — get these from your email provider.
Logo — Upload a logo to display in your emails.

Once everything is filled in, click Sent Test Email to confirm it's working before you rely on it.
