Managing customer accounts

Every customer who creates an account on your website shows up here, so you can look up their details or help them out when they call in.

  1. Click Customers in the sidebar.

You'll see a list of everyone who's registered, along with their name, email, phone number, customer group, and status.

To view or edit a customer - click the pencil icon next to their name. From here you can update their First Name, Last Name, Email, Telephone, and Customer Group, or set a new password for them under Password and Confirm Password.

To disable an account - open the customer, turn off the Status toggle, then click Save. This blocks them from logging in, but keeps their order history intact.

While editing a customer, use the tabs at the top to see their Addresses, Orders, and Reservations.

Tip: Use the search bar above the list to quickly find a customer by name or email - handy when someone calls about an order.

Note: The Impersonate Customer button logs you into your website as that customer, so you can see exactly what they see. It's useful for troubleshooting, but remember you're browsing as them until you log out of that session.
