Order and reservation settings

The system-wide defaults for how orders and reservations behave across your restaurant.

  1. Click Manage in the sidebar.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Order.

Allow Guest Orders — Let customers check out without creating an account.
Reject Orders Outside Delivery Area — If disabled, customers can order without entering their address.
Send Order Confirmation/Alert Email — Choose To customer, To restaurant, and/or To location.
Invoice Prefix — Customize invoice numbers, e.g. INV-{year}-{day}-00.
Logo — A logo to display on invoices.

Click the Status Workflow and Taxation tabs on the same page for order status defaults and tax settings.

  1. Click Manage > Settings > Reservation.

Send Reservation Confirmation/Alert Email — Choose To customer, To restaurant, and/or To location.
Default Reservation Status — The status new bookings start at.
Confirmed Reservation Status / Canceled Reservation Status — Which status to apply when you confirm or cancel a booking.

Note: These are your system-wide defaults. For settings specific to one restaurant — like table capacity or booking windows — see Manage > Locations > pencil icon > Settings > General.
