Order Limits
TastyIgniter allows you to manage your orders and optimize customer service and the overall service delivery of your restaurant by setting limits to the number and type of orders you can receive and fulfil per day within a specified time limit.
You can set an order limit in two ways on TastyIgniter. Mealtimes and Order Type.
To set an order limit via mealtime, go to Restaurant > Mealtimes > New > Enter Mealtime Name, Location, Start Time, Endtime and Status > Save. You can edit an existing mealtime and set an order limit. To do this, go to Restaurant > Mealtimes > Select the mealtime you want to make changes to > Make changes as desired > Save.
To set an order limit via order type, go to Restaurant > Meal Items > New > Menu > Order Restriction > Save. You can edit an existing order type by selecting the menu item you want to make changes to , select your preferred order restriction and save.
If customers place an order after the specified order timeframe or order type, a notification will be sent to let them know that they can't place that order at that time.
Table Booking Limits
You can manage your restaurant effectively on TastyIgniter by setting the table booking limits to accommodate the number of guests your space can carry per time, thereby eliminating the possibility of having an overcrowded restaurant and unsatisfied customers.
You can choose to add a new table and set the booking limit or edit an existing one.
Go to Restaurant > Tables > New > Enter Minimum and Maximum Capacity > select Status > specify if the table is joinable > Indicate extra capacity (if any) > Save to add a new table and set the booking limit.
To edit an existing table, select the table you want to edit, make changes to the above fields and save.
You can enable and disable tables to set booking limits. Customers will be unable to make reservations for tables that are disabled.
