Instead of one flat delivery fee for everyone, you can charge different rates depending on where a customer is — so a nearby order doesn't cost the same as one across town.
- Click Manage in the sidebar.
- Click Locations.
- Click the pencil icon next to the location you want to update.
- Click Settings, then the Delivery Areas tab.
- Open the delivery area you want to charge for (or create one first).
- Under Delivery Charge Condition, click the + button.
- Enter the Charge, Rule, and Total.
- Click Save.
Tip: Set the charge to 0 for free delivery, or -1 to make delivery unavailable under that condition.
You can also charge extra the further a customer is from you: click the + under Distance Based Delivery Charge Condition and enter a Rule, Distance, and Charge. This amount is added on top of any charge set above.
