Let customers book orders ahead of time — handy for catering, events, or anything that needs a bit more prep.
- Click Manage in the sidebar.
- Click Locations.
- Click the pencil icon next to the location you want to update.
- Click Settings — you'll land on the General tab.
- Open Delivery settings or Pick-up settings.
- Update the fields below.
- Click Save.
Allow Pre-order for Delivery / Pick-up — Turn this on to let customers schedule an order for a future date.
Min. Pre-order Days In Advance — How many days' notice you need before a pre-order can be delivered or picked up.
Max. Pre-order Days In Advance — How far ahead customers are allowed to book.
Delivery/Pick-up Time Restriction — Choose None, ASAP only, or Later only to control whether customers can order for right now, schedule for later, or both.
Note: Time restrictions don't apply once pre-ordering is turned on — pre-orders are always scheduled for later by definition.
