Setting the time of order fulfilment

Customers see an estimated wait time when they order — here's how to keep that estimate accurate.

  1. Click Manage in the sidebar.
  2. Click Locations.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the location you want to update.
  4. Click Settings — you'll land on the General tab.
  5. Open Delivery settings or Pick-up settings.
  6. Update the fields below.
  7. Click Save.

Delivery/Pick-up Time Interval — The gap, in minutes, between each available order time shown to customers.
Delivery/Pick-up Lead Time — The average time, in minutes, it takes for an order to be delivered or ready after it's placed.
Delivery Wait Time — Used alongside lead time to calculate the estimated pick-up time for delivery orders.

Tip: If your kitchen is often running behind, increasing the lead time helps set realistic expectations instead of disappointing customers.
