Setting up notifications

Keep customers and your team in the loop with automatic email notifications.

  1. Click Manage > Settings > Customer registration.
  2. Under Send Registration Email, choose To customer and/or To restaurant.
  3. Click Save.
  1. Click Manage > Settings > Reservation.
  2. Under Send Reservation Confirmation/Alert Email, choose To customer, To restaurant, and/or To location.
  3. Click Save.
  1. Click Manage > Settings > Order.
  2. Under Send Order Confirmation/Alert Email, choose To customer, To restaurant, and/or To location.
  3. Click Save.

Want more control over which specific status updates trigger an email? Go to Manage > Settings > Statuses, open a status, and turn its Notify setting on or off.
